Operating at Edmonton International Airport since 2020, Samsic Assistance Canada supports KLM and WestJet through passenger handling and reduced mobility passenger (PRM) services. Starting with just 13 employees and a single contract, the station has grown steadily and now employs more than 100 team members. In 2025, our teams assisted over 72,000 PRM passengers while supporting several weekly flight operations. Recognized for its service quality, operational expertise and people-focused culture, Samsic Assistance continues to strengthen its presence in Edmonton while actively pursuing new opportunities for growth and service expansion.
